Gunners Pond Homeowners Association

Gunners Pond Homeowners Association (GPHOA) consists of 69 homes with many amenities that include swim, tennis, and a playground area. 

GPHOA manages the front entrance, recreation facilities (pool, tennis court, playground equipment), and community common area by the pond.  

Our goal is to provide a worthwhile experience in a friendly neighborhood to help retain and increase the property values in the subdivision.

>  What is meant by Association membership?   

• Property owners associated with membership are bound by their covenants to renew their Homeowner membership annually. Because covenants are associated with the property itself, subsequent owners of the property automatically become members. 

>  Annual Cost for Members

• HOA 2021 dues are $231.  The fees are billed in January of the applicable year. Membership of GPHOA is mandatory according to the Bylaws and Covenants. For those wanting to use the recreational amenities for private parties, a separate recreational assessment is also to be paid - contact GPHOA for cost.

>  What are the benefits of Association membership?

•  In addition to their obvious commitment to the support of our community,  members are eligible to serve on the Board of Directors and vote in Association matters.  Members are also always eligible to utilize the community’s recreational amenities, provided that the member has paid the additional recreational assessment. 

>  What are Association membership dues used for?

• Homeowner membership dues cover the upkeep cost of the entrance, recreation facilities, and community common areas. 

>  Where do I send my check in payment of my annual membership dues?

• Members will receive a formal invoice for the payment of fees in January of the applicable year. Checks for your annual dues should be made payable to “Gunners Pond HOA” - be sure to include the house number and street in the memo section. You can mail the payment to the address below or place the envelope in the small box located on the GPHOA mailbox down by the pool area.
