Gunners Pond is located off Old Mountain Park Road and GA Hwy 92 in  Northeast Cobb and Cherokee counties. The subdivision is nearly equidistant between I-575 and GA-400, making access to all interstates leading to and from Atlanta. 

Gunners Pond is a laid-back community comprised of large, private wooded lots with an abundance of wildlife. The pond common area is home to many wildlife species, including fish, turtles, ducks, and Canadian geese. You will most likely come across a family of deer in the neighborhood. The serenity of Gunners Pond is like being in the North Georgia Mountains with the convenience of city lifestyle nearby.

Gunners Pond a family development with many amenities that include swim, tennis, and a playground area managed by the Homeowners Association. The neighborhood consists of 69 residences divided between Northeast Cobb and Cherokee counties and borders Fulton county. 

GPHOA manages the common areas, including the front entrance, pool, tennis court, playground equipment, and the common area down by the pond.  Our goal is to provide a worthwhile experience in a friendly neighborhood to help retain and increase the property values in the subdivision.
